I am a multi-disciplinarian with over 20 years of experience in user documentation and training, business analysis, product ownership, functional design, technical writing, and workflow system design and development - to name a few.
My Passions
I love problem-solving and have a genuine curiosity about human behavior. I have a passion for simplifying complex problems through well-considered web application solutions, informed by solid research.
My Education
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication with a Minor in Business Administration from Creighton University. User Interfaces are one way businesses communicate with their users, and this combination of education and technical experience affords me a balanced duality of strengths that result in positive User Experience outcomes.
I also hold both the CUA (Certified Usability Analyst) and CXA (Certified User Experience Analyst) designations from Human Factors International.
